Will Riley is the CEO of Centerpoint Connect. His leadership is focused on building software that creates better outcomes for roofing contractors, their teams, and their customers. Under his direction, Centerpoint Connect is designed to help companies improve workflows, increase visibility, strengthen service operations, and scale with better data.
Will has been connected to roofing software since 2010 and has spent years implementing solutions across commercial roofing companies. His experience in service-driven roofing businesses helped shape Centerpoint Connect into a platform built around practical workflows, operational clarity, and measurable results.
Darren Gardner is a Partner & Business Coach at Centerpoint Connect. He brings leadership, business experience, and an operational perspective to the team, helping guide company growth and ensure the business continues delivering real value to the contractors who rely on the platform.
Darren’s role supports the long-term vision of Centerpoint Connect while keeping the company focused on practical execution, strong client outcomes, and software built for the realities of commercial roofing operations.
Kristin Jones is the COO of Centerpoint Connect and has been part of the company since before it was taken to market. Her role touches nearly every part of the business, from internal operations and team support to process improvement, client success, and day-to-day problem solving.
Kristin helps keep Centerpoint Connect moving forward as the company grows. She is focused on making work easier for the team, supporting clients, improving internal systems, and helping the roofing industry operate more effectively through better tools and better processes.
Quincy Riley is a Client Development Specialist at Centerpoint Connect. He has experience across support, training, product feedback, and sales, giving him a well-rounded understanding of both the platform and the contractors who use it.
Quincy helps roofing companies understand how their current processes can translate into Centerpoint Connect. He enjoys learning how different companies operate, identifying workflow opportunities, and showing teams how the platform can save time, improve visibility, and create a smoother experience.
Dylan McDonald is the Client Success & Onboarding Manager at Centerpoint Connect. He helps new and existing clients become comfortable, confident, and successful in the system through onboarding, training, account support, demos, and ongoing client guidance.
Dylan’s role centers on helping contractors understand how to use Centerpoint Connect in practical, day-to-day operations. He enjoys seeing clients learn the system, put it into action, and later share the progress they have made.
Jake Scimeca is an Account Executive at Centerpoint Connect, supporting sales, account management, trade shows, and client relationship development. He helps contractors understand the value of the platform and how it can support stronger operations and long-term growth.
Jake studied Economics and Business Administration at Monmouth College and began his career with Snap-on Tools. For the past decade, he has worked in the commercial roofing technology space, building relationships with contractors and helping companies adopt software that supports their business goals.

Shane Jones is an Account Manager at Centerpoint Connect, helping contractors stay connected, supported, and moving in the right direction. His work centers on relationships, communication, and making sure clients have the support they need as they use Centerpoint Connect in daily operations.
At Centerpoint Connect, account management is about more than checking in. Shane helps clients work through challenges, understand their next steps, and continue getting value from the platform beyond the initial sale.
Jyotsna Agrawal is a Full-Stack Developer at Centerpoint Connect. She helps build and support integrations, manage APIs, develop web-based solutions, and solve technical challenges that help customers reduce manual work and operate more efficiently.
Before moving into technology, Jyotsna worked in India as a Relationship Manager with HDFC Securities. After moving to the United States, she made a major career transition from finance and trading into software development, bringing persistence, problem-solving, and a strong learning mindset to her role.

With more than 15 years of customer service experience, Carie brings patience, communication, and a dependable support mindset to the team. She plays an important role in helping clients get timely answers and maintain confidence as they use Centerpoint Connect.
Yousaf Afaq is a QA Engineer at Centerpoint Connect. He helps ensure the company’s web and mobile applications work correctly before they are released to customers through feature testing, bug verification, issue tracking, release testing, and collaboration with developers.
Before joining Centerpoint Connect, Yousaf spent more than 10 years in Software Quality Assurance, testing web and mobile applications, creating test plans, tracking defects, and supporting release cycles. His work helps protect product quality and deliver a more stable experience for customers.
Austin Bass is a Data & Automation Engineer at Centerpoint Connect. He helps roofing business owners move their data into Centerpoint Connect while keeping the process organized, clear, and manageable.
Internally, Austin builds integrations between operational tools to help the Centerpoint Connect team stay aligned, efficient, and fast. His work supports smoother data migration, stronger internal systems, and more reliable automation across the business.
Tom Macauley is the Marketing Director at Centerpoint Connect. He helps lead the company’s marketing strategy, focusing on brand clarity, campaign execution, content, events, and growth initiatives that help more roofing contractors understand the value of the platform.
Tom’s work is centered on making sure Centerpoint Connect shows up with consistency, professionalism, and a clear message in the market.
