Website privacy and measurement
Updated September 16, 2026. This section explains information collected through centerpointconnect.com. Customer information stored inside the Centerpoint software is also governed by the applicable customer agreement and service terms.
Information you provide
When you request a demonstration, contact us, use chat, or subscribe to updates, we receive the information you submit, such as your name, business contact details, company, and message. We use it to respond, arrange the requested service, and manage the relationship. Do not submit sensitive personal information through general website forms.
Website services and optional tracking
Hosting, security, and requested website services receive technical information needed to deliver the site. Our booking, signup, and chat tools are provided through HighLevel/LeadConnector. Embedded tools can receive your IP address, browser information, and the information you submit when they load or are used.
Our optional website measurement is controlled through . Analytics and advertising are separate choices and are off until accepted. Rejecting optional tracking does not prevent you from contacting us or booking a demonstration.
- Analytics: Google Analytics measures permitted page visits and selected actions, such as demo, tour, pricing, phone, and email clicks. We do not include the contact address or phone number clicked in those events. Our measurement configuration removes query strings and fragments from the page address sent in our authored Analytics events.
- Advertising and business visitor identification: With your permission, Google Ads, Meta, Reddit, and LinkedIn receive website activity to measure campaigns. Leadfeeder/Dealfront, Leadsy, and ZoomInfo help identify businesses visiting the website using technical information such as IP addresses and visited pages. These providers may use cookies and identifiers according to their own policies. We also retain limited campaign labels, advertising click identifiers, and public landing-page paths to attribute a requested demonstration.
We do not send form message contents, names, email addresses, or phone numbers in our authored website Analytics events. URLs with unrecognized query parameters are excluded from this optional measurement implementation. We do not use this website measurement to collect precise location or sensitive personal information.
Your choices and Global Privacy Control
Use the Privacy choices button at any time to accept or reject optional categories. When your browser sends Global Privacy Control, advertising tracking and campaign attribution stay off. Withdrawing a previously granted choice reloads the page to stop the corresponding website tags. The control applies to this browser; use it separately on other devices. It does not withdraw information already provided in a form or delete data previously received by a provider.
Retention
We remember browser privacy choices for 180 days. Consented campaign attribution expires after a fixed 90-day window and is removed sooner when advertising permission is withdrawn. The website’s Google tag is configured with a 90-day cookie lifetime. These browser limits are separate from retention in our CRM, provider reports, hosting logs, and backups. Those records are retained according to their purpose, customer relationship, applicable obligations, and the relevant system settings.
Contact and privacy requests
For questions or requests to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to object to its use, email will@centerpointconnect.com. Tell us what you are requesting and how you interacted with Centerpoint. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Rights and exceptions depend on the laws that apply to your request.
Sharing, processing locations, and protection
Information is handled by Centerpoint and the service providers used to host the website, deliver requested communications and appointments, and support the purposes described above. Depending on the service, providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Optional advertising disclosures can qualify as a sale or sharing of personal information under some privacy laws even when no money is exchanged; reject advertising or use Global Privacy Control to stop those optional website tags in this browser.
We use access controls and technical measures to protect information. No Internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Information may also need to be retained or disclosed to meet applicable legal obligations, protect rights, investigate misuse, or respond to lawful requests. We do not need government identifiers, payment details, health information, or other sensitive personal information for a website demo request.
Communications, other websites, and changes
Submitting a service inquiry allows us to respond to that inquiry. Optional marketing communications should be managed through the signup choice and the unsubscribe instructions in those communications; website advertising consent is not a subscription to email or text marketing. This business website is not directed to children. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information.
